Mandatory Care Training

 Mandatory Training

Mandatory training is a training that ensures the staffs provide the best quality of service and care for all service users.  This aims to ensure all staff are properly inducted to the organisation and trained adequately.  It is aimed at ensuring safety and efficient functioning of the organization and/or the safety and well being of individual members of staff. Mandatory training can be enforced to the staff in case there are new techniques which are new to them.  Since the training is considered mandatory to all workers, absence from it can lead to disciplinary action being taken on an individual.
